We interviewed him about JABBERLOOP and his personal life.
MELTEN (Keyboard)
– I like many different genres of music, but especially Jazz and Ryuichi Sakamoto.
What is your favorite food?
– Fish
Hobby?
– Reading comics. I like “ONE PIECE”.
Favorite film?
– I like non-fictional movies and documentaries
What do you do when you are off?
– Going to cities
Why did you choose keyboard as your musical instrument?
– My mom is a piano teacher. I started playing keyboard naturally.
How did you join JABBERLOOP?
– I was a supporting member for JABBERLOOP at first, but became an official member as time has passed. I liked their style and sounds.
How does JABBERLOOP usually make songs?
– Somebody (mostly I) write songs first, then we arrange together.
What do you feel about US debut?
– Honestly, I don’t feel we really made a debut in the US but I am very honored. Japanese people pay attention to the artists when they make their debuts overseas.
